AI Makes Writing Informative Articles Unstoppable!
Learn how to use AI to structure your articles while adding your own voice and experience to keep them engaging and professional.
I'm sure many of you have faced this struggle:
You have tons of valuable insights to share, but the articles you write always feel a bit off.
Either they come across as too dull, like reading a textbook, or they're scattered with no clear focus.
Today, I'll teach you a trick to make your articles packed with valuable content while still being engaging.
To be honest, I took a lot of wrong turns when writing informative articles before discovering AI.
At first, I thought informative writing had to be rigid and instructional, but that led to dismal readership.
Then, when I switched to a more humorous style, it didn’t feel professional enough.
Until I found this method.
The core idea is simple:
Use AI to generate a professional structure, then reorganize it with your own voice.
Creating content frameworks is something AI excels at. It can quickly lay out the key points of a topic with great logic.
Now, whenever I write an informative article, my first step is to give AI this prompt:
"Please create a detailed outline around [topic]. Requirements: Each point must include specific explanations and actionable advice. Follow the 'What-Why-How' format, provide real-life examples, and highlight common pitfalls and solutions. Just give me the outline."
For example, if I want to write about "how to make articles more impactful," I just replace the topic.
AI will generate a very professional outline for you.
But! Never just use AI-generated content as-is.
I’ve seen too many people do that, and the result is an article that reads like a copy-pasted textbook.
Once you have the outline, here’s what you should do:
Remove the fluff.
AI loves writing obvious things like "you need to define your goals first" — the kind of stuff everyone already knows.
Focus on 3-4 key points that are most valuable and develop them in-depth.
Informative articles are about quality, not quantity.
