Why Is Writing So Hard?
The challenge lies in staring at a blank document, unsure of where to start.

This becomes even tougher when tackling an unfamiliar topic, often leading to writer’s block.

Researching, organizing thoughts, and drafting outlines—each step feels as exhausting as climbing a mountain.

Recently, I discovered a more efficient way to write: using AI voice conversations (like Coze, ChatGPT, or Kimi).

For the past month, I’ve been using this method to craft my Substack posts.

Last week, I broke my personal record—18 minutes from brainstorming to publishing an article.

What’s more, the articles have performed well, often surpassing my usual readership.

In a nutshell, the method involves refining your ideas into an article through interactive dialogues with AI.

For instance, if you want to write about an AI tool, start by discussing with the AI what you know about it—how you use it and what tasks it helps you with.

Then ask the AI to share its knowledge about the tool and compare it with similar ones.

This process will result in a detailed draft, mostly built on your own insights.

The beauty of voice-assisted writing is its ease and spontaneity.

You can create while walking, making tea, or tidying up—no need to stare at a screen and struggle to find the right words.

More importantly, this conversational approach sparks inspiration.

Writer’s block often stems not from a lack of ideas but from mental rigidity.

This method is particularly helpful for beginners. Writing is a skill that takes practice, but everyone knows how to talk.

After a few drinks, even the most reserved among us might say:

“Listen, let me tell you something…”

Let’s call this approach conversational writing.
